행복한 순간이란 무엇인가를 생각해본다. 몰입을 하나의 학문적 연구분야로 만든 미하이 교수가 소개하는 행복이란 적절한 능력에 맞게 조금의 높은 도전할 만한 가치가 있는 과제를 수행하는 것이다. 즉, 몰입이다. 돈이 많아져도 사람들의 행복지수는 안 올라가는 것을 통계적으로 확인하면서 몰입이 궁극적인 행복에 이르는 방법이라고 한다. 이 몰입은 일, 학습에서 효과적으로 사용될 수 있고 누구나 가능하다고 주장한다. 지금부터 문제 하나 잡고 몰입해볼까나?
